I'm doing a diet and exercise (martial arts again) because before I was diagnosticated I had no symptoms, and now that I know this and after a couple of months using the Cpap, now I feel all that I was supposed to feel before knowing. My weight when I was diagnosticated was 187.3 Lbs and now I'm on 165.3 Lbs....Please is there something I can do but the CPap thing?
