I have heard that this works a treat my boyfriend snores like an elephant, I cannot stand sleeping next to him as the noise he makes is terrible, from what this says it helps a lot so I will get him to give this a try I will let you know how we get on, finger crossed

It is definitely true that you get what you pay for. It is better to invest a little more money than to get something that does not work properly.

My wife has a terrible problem with snoring and has tried some of these treatments and nothing has worked.

These products really do work for sleep apnea. They do not work for all; but the benefit for those it does is tremendous. As the article says, always visit your doctor and dentist to see if you are a candidate. Do not bypass this step!

Does this really help with snoring or does it just help you breathe better? My father has always had a bad problem with snoring, so I would be interested in something that could help him.

People really are distressed when they are battling sleep apnea and, in my experience, almost always choose the most comfortable sleeping appliance regardless of the cost.

Even though these dental appliances like the mouth guard work effectively, I’ve found them to be a bit of a pain with saliva building up. Sometimes I’d wake up in the middle of the night because I choked on my saliva.

We actually use some dental appliances for treating sleep apnea. The treatment works for about 70-80% of our patients.
